If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back. No restocking fee.

What can be returned

Unused items in their original packaging. That includes stationery, bags, jewelry, hair accessories and home items.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened press-on nail sets, opened sticker packs or plush that has been used. If one of those arrives damaged, we replace it — just email a photo.

How to start a return

• Email hello@pocketofjoys.com with your order number and which items you are returning.
• We reply with a return address and instructions, usually within one business day.
• Pack the items back in their original packaging and send them to the address we provide.

Who pays for shipping

If the item is faulty, damaged or we sent the wrong thing, we cover return shipping and send the replacement at no cost. If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is yours to cover and we refund the item price once it arrives.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of the return arriving. You get an email when it is processed.
